A well respected independent estate agency firm is looking for a Land Agent for its already successful operations.Ideally already with experience in this role or potentially a proven branch manger within residential agency looking for a new challenge.   It will require someone who has the skills to secure instructions on agent free sites be a highly skilled ‘negotiator’ at land deals who has the ability to understand the technical aspects of land and work on their own initiative. As a land Agent skills required would include:- â€¢ Must be extremely articulate with excellent written/spoken English skills• Be engaging• Have an eye for closing a deal• Someone who is through with attention to detail deal • An individual who can converse with everyone from a jobbing builder right through to corporate level Who would be considered:• Must have previous Land buying experience• Or a proven track record as a residential branch manger• Been in the industry 5-7 years
