Lettings Manager required for an award winning business covering Lettings in Chester North wales and West Cheshire with excellent future prospects.You will be supervising and motivating a team of 4 looking after an extensive client base mainly managed properties.You will have excellent lettings legislation knowledge as well as people management skills and be highly organised professional at all times and of smart appearance.You will have a proven track record in Lettings and be able to demonstrate a competitive instinct with the ability to work under pressure within a target-orientated environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to offer a high standard of customer service.
