Established local independent firm with three branches is looking for a Sales Negotiator for their Beckenham officeIdeally with previously experience you would be working with in a dynamic and friendly team.As a Sales Negotiator you would be expected to:â—¦ Advising potential purchasers as soon as a new property comes on to our booksâ—¦ Accompanying applicants to property viewingsâ—¦ Negotiating terms between the seller and the buyerâ—¦ Liaising with solicitors surveyors mortgagors and other relevant third parties to act as an intermediary to minimise stress for all parties between the seller and the buyerâ—¦ In return you will receive a competitive salary with car allowance and pool commission
