Main Purpose of the role:
The Valueris responsible for assisting the delivery of branch KPI targets and agreed income, cost and profit budgets, by supporting the manager in all sales related activities within their branch including;
Driving the sales process; attracting, winning and retaining business whilst representing and promoting the company’s brand values and core beliefs as well as demonstrating our core competencies and behaviours.
Operating policies, processes and systems in line with company standards
Engaging and building relationships with branch managers across all divisions and businesses.
Experience in Valuing.
Criteria:
Substantial knowledge of estate agency legislation and regulations, processes and procedures. Carries out main activities and duties competently and compliantly. Competent with targets and is able to consider results and how to influence them with a can do attitude. Able to set SMART objectives and create effective action plans. Very good time management and organisational skills. Very good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Very good negotiation and influencing skills. Able to overcome objections skilfully through analysing, assessing, problem solving and questioning appropriately. Strong use of closing techniques. Proficient in needs based selling. Competent and confident IT skills particularly in the use of spreadsheets and databases as well as other Microsoft tools. Able to work effectively when working alone as well as a team. Able to take good photographs to represent properties in their best light, paying attention to detail. Excels under pressure and delivers on commitments. Helpful and courteous approach when working with clients/customers/stakeholders and sets an example for others. Learns on the job and through training, ensuring that skills, knowledge and competence is kept up to date and applied.
Must hold a full valid driving licence.
