Our client is known for being the South East’s leading estate agency with 32 offices and divisions and continues to revolutionise the industry, generating a continuous supply of new and innovative services for all property-related leads.
Due to it’s ever growing success they are now looking for an experienced, motivated sales negotiator to join their team.The successful candidate must have the ability to negotiate, offer a proven track record for meeting their targets and showstrong customer service skillsin all aspects of the business.
The role will include:
Qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties along with viewing properties, negotiating and securing offers.
Liaising with mortgage brokers and solicitors.
Car allowance (clean, full driving licence required)
