Our client is a hugely successful companywith over 35 years experience in the London property market and over 50 branches across the Capital.Their experienced staff have the expertise to deliver insight into the local and London-wide market, and they are now looking to add to their team. The ideal candidate must be driven, confident and with a proven track record for achieving their targets.
The role will include:
Qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties.
Viewing properties and negotiating offers. Liaising with mortgage brokers and solicitors. Delivering the highest level of customer service to both sellers and buyers.
Company car or car allowance will be provided. (clean, full driving licence required)
