Duties:

– From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes. – You will assume full responsibility for motivating the office and providing the team with direction and inspiration, as together you ensure company goals and targets are met. – A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry
