Looking to recruit an Area Manager for the Oxfordshire region the key focus of the role is to oversee a number of Branches and ensure that they are performing to their maximum potential. The role will entail coaching and developing staff as well as the ongoing training and development of your Branch Managers. You will be a strong leader with the ability to motivate your team and drive the business forward.
