Estate Agency Sales Negotiator required for established Independent Firm in Highgate North London. Key responsibilities of the role will include:- Generate and attend viewings- Source and generate Market Appraisals – Strive to exceed all targets and maximise personal activity levels – Consistently provide exceptional client service to ensure delivery on commitments to retain clients and ensure they become referrers of future customers and clients- Applicant Management; identify the perfect property for every applicant and keep in regular contact- Feedback on viewings within 24 hours to Vendor- Assist in effective and day‐to‐day administration within the branchIf you are looking to join a forward thinking well established firm please call us on 0203 7719426
