Lettings Manager required for our Client an independent Letting Agent in Buckingham.In the role of Lettings Manager experience is essential as well as good local and market knowledge the ability to build rapport and offer excellent customer service.Our Client is looking for a Lettings Manager who is capable of driving the business forward and building on their current portfolio. Candidates must have the ability to win new business whilst managing the existing team.Duties include:•Carrying out Lettings valuation appointments to instruct new business.•Cross selling products to gain referrals for related products and services.•Maximising on business opportunities through sales and marketing initiatives. •Managing the Lettings and property management team setting targets coaching and mentoring.Candidates should be very well presented self-motivated and target driven. ARLA qualifications are also desirable.
