As Lettings Negotiator you will need to be confident with a proven track record in the Lettings industry and the following attributes: •A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Lettings industry and ambitious to progress. •A proven track record in generating and winning new Lettings business. •First class communication and customer service skills with the ability to develop long term business relationships and network in the local community. •An up to date knowledge of the legal aspect of the Lettings industry. •Excellent team working customer service and leadership skills with the ability to work in Rental Values across the range.
