Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lister This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in the lettings industry. Our client are one of the largest Estate Agency groups in the country and pride themselves on their pro-active approach to lettings and their ability to provide their clients with a quick and efficient personal service. The key responsibilities are:-Identify business opportunities and create self generated appointments-Participate in exceeding branch target on property appraisals instructions lets and other KPIs in line with branch business plan-Conduct quality Market Appraisals and win instructions in line with the company standard conversion rate-Conducting viewings and letting properties -Facilitating a let through to move in -Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain businessThe successful candidate must possess: -Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills-Excellent written and oral communication skills-A professional positive ambitious and enthusiastic approach-A strong customer focus-Desire to meet and exceed targets-Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude-High accuracy and attention to detail-Ability to work on your own as well as in a team-Full UK driving licenceThe role and the company will bring other benefits such as training career development and progression within the office and throughout the company.
