Exclusive Letting Agent Require Upmarket Lettings Valuer / Negotiator.Our client are a bespoke letting agent based in Central Nottingham who pride themselves on offering a first class customer service mainly dealing in the mid to top end of the market. Having been established for over 10 years they have built an enviable reputation. Due to their continued success they are looking to recruit an experienced and pro-active lettings valuer and negotiator to join the team in Nottingham City.The ideal person will have at least 2 years lettings experience and be au fait with all the current legislation. The role will have a high degree of autonomy so needs a natural self starter who can organise their diary.Duties will include:*Providing Lettings Valuations*Accompanying Viewings*Producing Sales Particulars*Producing Floor Plans*Phoning Out New Instructions*Landlord and Tenant contact*Ensure sign Up are completed efficiently*Deal with day to day enquiries*Monitor the whole letting process to ensure that all procedures are adhered to in accordance with property law and legislation.And any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the department. In return the company will offer a generous basic salary plus commission as well as travel expenses.
