Are you an experienced Estate Agent looking for a role with a difference?
Our client are an online estate agency business looking to recruit dynamic customer focused individuals in to their newly established team.
Duties will include:
– Take over the customer relationship once a vendor has signed up with the sales team
– Gather the required data in preparation for marketing the property online
– Upload on to the portals
– Handle inbound requests for viewings
– Obtain viewing feedback
– Negotiate offers
– Agree sales and instruct solicitors on both sides
– Where appropriate recommend mortgage legal and survey services to vendors and applicants
The ideal candidate for the role will have a minimum of 6 months estate agency experience and will have a good understanding of the buying and selling process. You will possess a good telephone manner and will be IT literate.
