A dynamic independent estate agency in Bracknell are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to work in a busy lettings Department in Bracknell town centre.The successful Property Manager will:•Be self-motivated and have excellent organisational skills.•Enjoy working as part of a team possess a good telephone manner and be well presented. •Possess excellent customer service skills in dealing with landlords and tenants.The role of Property Manager involves:•Liaison between landlord and tenant. •Organising maintenance and repairs to properties and resolving any problems that arise during the tenancy. •Communicating with both internal and external clients.•Competency in word excel and databases.The role requires a full driving licence as it will involve making property visits.Excellent training rewards and progression are on offer for the right candidate.
