Negotiator - Sales

A traditional and family run ‘village’ estate agency just north of Tonbridge is looking for an all round sales negotiator work within our client’s friendly team.Ideally working Wednesday to Saturday the role would be pro-rata on a salary (basic/office commission). The perfect candidate will have had previous estate agency experience and will be required to:- Work with clients and applicants registering booking viewings etc- Attend viewings- Conduct valuations (if has the relevant experience)- Prepare sales particulars/take photographs- update estate agency software (Vebra Alto)- Contribute to the over all success of the office.The candidate will have:–Had previous/relevant estate agency experience-Be highly presentable- Hold very professional standards/attitude- Be an ambassador for our client- Car driver with own car.
