Looking for a Valuer to assist in the running of a highly successful team the main purpose of the role is to win business and drive the office forward. Duties will include:- Carrying out market appraisals/valuations – Managing clients and keep them up to date at all times whilst providing an excellent level of customer service- negotiating offers to the point of sales/exchange- Registering new applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations financial and legal service leads and viewings- Constantly looking to improve our market share and identifying all opportunities to grow business. Other duties will include:- Management of outstanding viewings in terms of viewing follow up/feedback and confirmation- Applicant registration follow up- Booking valuations- All general administration duties telephone answering email response etc. The ideal candidate for the role will have a proven track record in valuation to instruction and will be looking to take the next step in their career.
