A financial services business that is owned by corporate chain LSL is launching a new campaign to target independent agents hungry for extra income.

Embrace, part of LSL Property Services whose own estate agency brands include Your Move, Reeds Rains and Marsh & Parsons, says it is offering good earnings potential for agents.

An appointed representative of First Complete, which trades under the PRIMIS brand, Embrace can provide a package to agents wanting either to offer financial services or change their existing provider.

The business, which has a network of over 275 consultants nationally, says that having a financial services offering means that an agent has greater visibility over the mortgage process which can speed up the transaction and lead to quicker completions.

Embrace says that agents will earn commission on every successful mortgage or insurance transaction arranged through Embrace, with no earnings cap in place.

Operations director Simon Cox said: “Embrace has already positioned itself as one of the most successful mortgage brokers in the market today and has helped secure more than 25,000 mortgages and protection products for customers within the LSL group of companies and increasingly for customers of agents outside it.

“Our campaign aims to highlight that Embrace could provide a viable solution for any agent who is looking to maximise their income, and enhance their service offerings, and ultimately ensure a win-win situation is reached for their agency and their customers.”
