NAEA Propertymark is offering promising new estate agents ten free places to its national conference later this month as part of a bursary programme.
The bursaries, sponsored by AJ Gallagher, are designed to support novice staff who show exceptional potential.
The conference takes place on Wednesday, February 28 at 155 Bishopsgate in London and the closing date for submissions is February 14.
Mark Hayward, chief executive, NAEA Propertymark said: “We have introduced this initiative to give 10 new estate agents in the industry – who have not attended the conference before – an opportunity to be present.
“The conference is a chance to get up to speed with important industry issues, network with their peers and, receive guidance on developing as a professional.”
To enter, the person/colleague needs to submit a couple of paragraphs on the person’s role, how long they’ve been in the industry, and a paragraph about what they’ve done to demonstrate outstanding potential to events@propertymark.co.uk.

It is horrendous, it really is.
No longer a relevant organisation and the disaster that has been OTM backed to the hilt by the NAEA has left them with egg on their faces.
Not sure what PropertyMark means either – some who post on here think it is a separate organisation; which speaks volumes for their communication skills
To be fair, their qualifications are excellent, and should be what they really concentrate on; together with legislation updates.
Training for Professionals is an excellent example of an organisation that gets training and communication right every time; and the NAEA could take a leaf out of their book.

Correct. They are really struggling to get ANYONE to attend. What it must feel like to be so popular!
There is a way to become extremely popular…..stand up for the many small independent businesses they represent and tell the public the misleading propaganda from the Call Centre Listers that they offer the ‘same service’ is simply not true, even if it is being perpetuated from some of the other members!
