My Client a market leading multi independent Estate Agency are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator. This vacancy has arisen due to expansion of their business demand.This is predominantly an office based role. You will be required to work on the front desk so will need to be well presented organised and able to prioritise your workload. The ideal person will have lettings experience the ability to build rapport and trust with landlords and tenants alike whilst delivering first class customer service. Experience of using CFP would also be useful although not essential.The working pattern would be 9-5.30 Mon-Fri. Saturdays will also be required – usually on a 1 in 3 rota.
