A motivated and competent Branch Manager is required by a successful and well-established independent Estate Agency to manage the sales operations of their Summertown office in Oxfordshire.The Branch Manager will be expected to take full responsibility for the success of this busy and profitable office by managing and motivating the team with the option to sell properties across neighbouring offices.Previous managerial experience within a successful agency is essential as well as excellent decision-making analytical and leadership skills.
