Experienced lettings negotiator required for extremely sought after Exeter letting agency with salary up to 25000 pa.Our client is a long established firm of Estate Agents Surveyors and Letting agents in the Exeter area. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced negotiator to work in their beautiful city centre office carrying out viewings dealing with landlords and tenant enquiries carrying out market appraisals and any property management issues when required. The ideal candidate will be polished of smart appearance have great admin and IT skills and superb customer service skills.
