Our client are looking to take their business to the next level and require a dynamic professional and experienced estate agent to do so. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional ideally with both sales and lettings experience to make this department their own. You will be responsible for winning new business within the Central Birmingham market as well as the management and motivation of the negotiators in place. You must have management experience be an experienced valuer and someone who can think on their feet and work off your own initiative. In return my client are offering a generous salary package with car (if required) and bonuses.
