Our clients are a well-regarded, independent player in the property industry and have a reputation for delivering a combination of top service and results and are looking for a high flying individual with the ability to inspire, lead and motivate the Lettings Team at their Reading office.
To meet the expectations and requirements of the role you will need to be a Senior Lettings Negotiator or above and have the confidence, business skills and energy to make things happen!
My client is looking to expand their market share and is willing to pay top commission for the right candidate who can bring properties onboard .
Great basic, OTE uncapped.
Also in the running is an equity share/partnership in the near future.
