A Fantastic opportunity has arisen within our clients for an experienced Lettings Manager. Our client, a leading London estate agent requires a high-performing; target driven and experienced Lettings Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in Residential Agency.
A proven track record of achievements and targets hit.
Experience of running a team and setting goals and targets.
Excellent customer service and communication skills in order to develop client relationships and draw back repeat business.
Be ARLA Qualified.
The key duties will be to grow the market share and develop the lettings team.
The package details:
£22,000-28,000 basic plus competitive commission structure.
OTE year 1 £50,000
