My Client is the largest independent estate agency in the south east of England with its own specialist Land and New Homes division covering the whole network.
We are looking to recruit additional people for our Land department based across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
You may be at Consultant level or an experienced Land Manager already. Our team is responsible for finding and selling land on behalf of the company so you will be dealing with referrals, identifying leads, liaising with developers and working closely with our estate agency offices.
You will need a good eye for identifying development opportunities so an understanding of planning procedures and council policies is essential.
