Reporting directly to a Senior Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing new relationships with prospective new users to ensure the company’s continual growth in market share, and overall influence on the UK conveyancing market.
Based from home, you will work to sign up new users within your designated sales area, and a key role will be to train, nurture and develop new accounts won.
Key elements of the role include:
Understand and implement an agreed sales strategy plan for the acquisition of new introducers
Identify likely introducers of services which are likely to be estate agents or financial advisors
Understand the commercial nature of the product that we deliver, and match the requirements of the introducer with those of the company
Manage the expectations of introducers, and implement a plan to encourage as much business as possible
Train and assist introducer’s staff to use the full range of our client facing and introducer facing facilities
Work constructively with our conveyancing teams to resolve any day to day issues
Maintain a continuous log of activity
You will work closely with your designated Account Manager (AM) and Senior Business Development Manager to ensure the following:
Opportunities for Sales calls are identified
That the Account Management team is providing the support to newly acquired introducers as required
That the Account Management team is helping to nurture and develop maximum business levels from established introducers
