The role of Head of Lettings is a broad role to ensure that the lettings software product is developed to the highest possible standards, contains optimum functionality, and is delivered seamlessly to clients of all sizes.

The role will involve liaising with a number of internal and external clients including:

Existing clients

Prospective clients

Third party software providers

Developers

Project managers

Trainers

Support staff

The role will involve the candidate developing superior knowledge of the product in order to guide development, delivery and to ensure the product is suitably supported.

The individual will hold a senior role within the company and will be responsible for:

Project management and delivery

Training for both internal and external courses

Client Accounts support

Management of key client contacts

Provide Pre-Sales support

Ad-hoc consultancy for clients

Ensure compliance with regulated authorities (ARLA, RICS, ICAEW)

The individual will have the following skills:

Thorough understanding of client accounts processes and transactions

Detailed knowledge of property management and lettings processes

Excellent business analysis skills

Knowledge of IT systems integration

Project management experience

Attention to detail

Good knowledge of IT

Drive and Ambition
