Zoopla has announced that Essex and Suffolk estate agent Boydens has joined it.
Boydens, with seven branches and dating back to 1852, is now listing properties on Zoopla.
Andy Marshall, chief commercial officer at Zoopla, said: “This most recent win builds on our record-breaking January for new business, which saw 345 new agent branches join Zoopla.
“We look forward to partnering with more new agents in 2020 as we help them realise their ambitions.”

Making a rod for Your own back. My guess is they’ve offered you a price you can’t resist for 12 months. Use you to get other local agents to follow, them bump your price. And you probably don’t need them.
As expected Zoopla starting to benefit from OTM members that did not to sign up to the new agreements now being free to list elsewhere.
Looking at the On The Market website. Boydens still advertise on there. So that dispels your theory.
