A conference billed as being organised by estate agents for estate agents is taking place next month.
Called Sanjfest 2, it follows last year’s inaugural Sanjfest event and takes place on November 15 in Doncaster.
Organised by estate agent Sanjay Gandhi, last year’s conference sold out in four days and attracted over 200 agents.
It attracted its nickname of ‘Sanjfest’ in the run-up to the conference and the name has stuck.
Speakers next month include Australia-based estate agency coach Tom Panos, who has been working with the top 1% of estate agents across Australia since 1993.
Other speakers at Sanjfest 2 include public speaking coach Andy Harrington and UK business consultant Christopher Watkin.
Gandhi said: “It was so brilliant that over 200 letting agents wanted to come together to help each other at Sanjfest last year.
“The ethos of that conference was that we are all human and we like to help each other. When I help others, they are more likely to help me, and so Sanjfest 2 is building on last year’s great event”.

The thought of being in a room with over 200 estate agents makes me feel queasy, let alone having to listen to the same old tired snake-oil salesmen pontificating – what could be worse? Oh, I know…… having to watch a PB TV Ad.
Its one thing naming something after yourself but the guy has never valued a house in his life. He was a bingo caller.
Not even a Kelly’s eye valuation?
sounds like some sort of orgy !! It will probably sell out now
Is there anything more tacky than naming an event after yourself?
Perfect excuse not to attend by the name alone.
I think a Smilefest would attract a full house !
HA HA – i doubt it, but i do like to have a free bar when i hold events so you never know 😉
Can I come to one?
Cheesefest
Absolutely gutted that Sanj beat me to christening an entire conference after myself so Whalefest put to bed.
But I submit to my new overlord and as such Reapit are very pleased to be sponsoring Sanj and sure it’s going to be a great day. And night …
