Spencers, a seven-branch business acquired by London agent Portico in May last year, has rebranded.
The offices – six in east London and one trading as Phillip Leigh in Chigwell, Essex – as from today are now showing the Portico branding and offering the Portico range of services.
These include handyman services and Airbnb management.
Portico managing director Robert Nichols said: “This rebrand forms a vital part of our growth strategy – we’re focused on expanding the services we offer and building our presence in the marketplace.”
Portico, formed after Edmund Cude acquired Bushells, has 18 branches.

Shame on the rebranding im all for moving forward and embracing new things but Spencers and Especially Phillp Leigh is a long estabished and recognisable name in the area.
Take note, this is genuinely modern agency. Investing in brand, staff training, new (high value) services.
While others go backwards with fear, a few find opportunity to do more.
Well done Portico.
