Review website allAgents has announced the results of its 12th Annual People Awards, saying that these are thanks to customer ratings and reviews received between May last year and April this year.
It said that this year thousands of individuals who were tagged in a review were automatically entered.
Those individuals have been divided into men and women.
Martin McKenzie, at allAgents, said: “The success of the property industry is undeniably driven by the
people behind it. With a small but recognizable minority of unscrupulous agents overvaluing
properties in order to list, it is only fair that those who truly excel in their field are recognized with
this prestigious accolade. These customer experience awards provide invaluable guidance for
prospective customers and employers, helping them identify the best individuals to work with.
“As well as downloading hi-res certificates and images, winners can now order a physical trophy
by visiting the awards pages on the website.
McKenzie continued: “What sets the allAgents People Awards apart is their commitment to
highlighting excellence at a local level. By bringing the results down to the community level, the
awards showcase the immense talent and dedication within each region, ensuring that
deserving individuals receive the recognition they deserve.”
The People Awards feature various categories, including Best Estate Agent and Best Letting
Agent, divided into local areas. New national awards categories for the Best Mortgage Advisor and
The Best Block Management people have also been introduced this year.

Been trying to get them to correct a company for years on that platform. The name is ours and has terrible reviews. All lettings… we don’t do lettings!
Yep we receive a call each year, Hi *** Agent you are one of three nominated for best agent in your area, if you are interested in receiving this award we will send you a contract to sign which, advises that if you win you will pay this fee. If you win and you have paid the fee we will send you a certificate and some advertising flyers so you can brag about it to your competitors and make them jealous so when we contact them next year they will fall into the same trap. Cant make thus stuff up……. Complete Bol**cks.
