Henderson Connellan of Market Harborough has been named as raterAgent’s estate agency branch of the month.

I agree, Mr Leake – HOWEVER, when you consider that somewhere approaching 1 in 6 ‘reviews’ are FAKE…
If it is all so meaningless why do so many agents litter their offices, websites, advertising etc with plaques/awards/commendations/testimonials.
The answer is simple. It makes them look good to the consumer. And it might, just might, make a difference to consumers’ choice.
The real question here is whether anyone other than the Marketing team at raterAgent actually gives a stuff?
Im thinking the team at HC will dine out on this for some time, as little as it means to the rest of us…
