The Aldershot office is the flagship branch. As such, we are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to work closely with the Branch Director to help run & manage the sales side of the business. With operational support and ongoing training courses the successful candidate will be fully trained and supported in their role. This role offers significant possibility for career progression and development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with a Sales Agent, ideally live locally and know the sales industry well. With this post , you will need to be a proactive and positive person who is motivated to succeed. You will need to be able to value properties and have a track record of success. Conducting viewings, speaking with vendors and general admin will also fit into your working week. Naturally we would expect you to be hard working, well presented and customer service focussed.
