As our client seeks to be the No1 estate agent in the market they compete in, they are excited about their journey. Due to their continued success they are now looking for a senior sales manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will need to adopt a positive and motivational approach to engender
a culture of professional behaviour and customer care at all times.
Ensure all procedures are effectively and efficiently undertaken by all staff and that all activities are undertaken in line with all relevant statutory regulations and legislation affecting the estate agency and mortgage services business.
The ability to show you have worked in a commission based sales environment and you can deliver impressive levels of customer service.
You will have a proven track record in sales and be able to demonstrate a competitive instinct and be able to work under pressure, within a target-orientated environment
Being computer literate and have the ability to organise yourself and others.
Company car or car allowance will be provided. (Clean, full driving licence required)
