Our client is offering a great opportunity for a new sales progressor to join their strong independent estate agency in Watford. They are offering a competitive salary and they are looking for someone to start ASAP.
My client is looking for someone with:
A minimum of six months sales experience in property
A background in estate agency, conveyancing or new homes
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Positive, dedicated and enthusiastic
Excellent communication skills
Someone that has brought or sold a property
Strong knowledge of surveys, property types and standard problems that occur and have to be managed
Good communication and negotiating skills
Good time management and work well under pressure
Tasks and responsibilities:
Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
Liaising with other agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors
Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on progress
