RECRUITMENT

We are looking for a Senior Mortgage Professional who can drive business through their Area Sales Managers and Consultants. You must have previous mortgage advisory experience with a personally proven track record of achievement and more recently had the opportunity to motivate and manage your own team in mortgage sales.

This is a brand new opportunity and a key role to work closely alongside our Financial Services Director. With him you will learn from the best and be encouraged to develop and expand your experience in order to allow him to explore new business opportunities and strategies. This will be a fabulous position where you will be motivating, coaching and managing your team of Mortgage Advisors and Managers to achieve our desired business levels.

We are part of the largest independent estate agency in the south east of England.

Here at Mortgage Matters Direct, we are directly authorized, with access to the whole of the mortgage market and are supported by Legal & General for our additional protection products and sales. We have industry renowned training with full administrative back up and support from our customer services and training teams.

The full CEMAP qualification or equivalent is required for this role and the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership qualities, together with entrepreneurial flair and creativity. Equally, you will not be afraid to lead by example and conduct your own personal sign ups, as and when required.
