Regional Financial Services Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– To increase our penetration and income from the Group Financial Services opportunities by driving activities within CGEAL Financial services partners and Branch teams.

– To be responsible for providing analysis and tracking of all related income and reporting to Directors.

THE ROLE:

– Work with the Directors of CGEAL to develop an annual bottom up budget for FS which delivers the required income and profit for CGEAL

– Work with CGEAL Regional Management to ensure Branch teams generate required levels of FS first appointments by implementation of correct CGEAL branch process, performance management process and Broker SLA requirements

– Work with SST Management to ensure SST teams generate required levels of FS first appointments by implementation of correct SST process, performance management process and Broker SLA requirements

– Work with Inbound and Outbound Management to ensureteams generate required levels of FS first appointments by implementation of correct Inbound and Outbound process, performance management process and Broker SLA requirements

– Work closely with the Commercial, New Homes and Land & Developments manager to assist in activities with specific reference to the generation of FS first appointments such as New Homes launches

– Development of SLA’s and ongoing monitoring of required changes to SLA’s

– Tracking of business signed-up through to payment to CGEAL by partners

– Management of FS pipeline & pipeline turn

– Preparation of month-end pipeline to advise staff of their commission pipeline

– Preparation of support data to Accounts depot enable them to calculate and pay staff commissions

– To train and coach all CGEAL new starters in order to get them to deliver target levels of first appointments

– To target underperformers within existing branch network for additional training and coaching to get them to target levels of first appointments

– To inspire all CGEAL staff to generate FS first appointments by running leagues, incentives and competitions across the network

– To inspire all FS partner staff to generate more income for CGEAL by running leagues, incentives and competitions across all FS partnerships

– To train and coach FS partner Brokers in CGEAL minimum standards and to uphold their delivery of such standards and to escalate continued failure to CGEAL Directors

– To work with Regional Management to ensure that the relationships between branch staff and brokers is going well and to step in where required to avoid escalation of issues

– To work with FS partners to ensure that CGEAL have the best coverage of brokers by driving the generation of FS candidates from CGEAL opportunities and involvement in the FS Partner recruitment process.

– To monitor the level of leads generated across the CGEAL business and make changes in FS Broker coverage to ensure that FS results are maximised

– Managing the Performance of the CGEAL FS partners to the SLA agreements in place and recommending to the Directors any changes needed to the SLA’s to further improve the FS business.

– To accurately predict future levels of income to CGEAL from FS activity

TASKS:

– To book and attend FS partner reviews with CGEAL Directors, create minutes and give feedback on previous actions

– To attend induction to deliver an overview of the CGEAL FS business

– To attend Branches to meet review performance on branch and individual basis and train underperformers

– To attend interviews with FS broker candidates

– To attend Broker performance reviews and recommend actions to CGEAL Directors

– To attend weekly conference calls to give input and direction from FS

– To get involved and act as an intermediary on all disputes/complaints related to FS related matters and give advice to CGEAL Directors

– To attend corporate conferences and functions which may take place outside of standard contracted hours

– To keep in regular contact with all main contacts of FS and report on agreed items to them

MAIN KPI’S TO BE MEASURED:

– Number of CGEAL FS opportunities for any period

– Number of FS first appointments generated by CGEAL staff member, Office/Department and Region and FS broker/FS partner

– Number and £ Value of FS mortgage sign up’s generated by CGEAL staff member, Office/Department and Region and FS broker/FS partner

– Number and £ Value of protection sign up’s generated by CGEAL staff member, Office/Department and Region and FS broker/FS partner

– Number and £ Value of Fees and other business generated by CGEAL staff member, Office/Department and Region and FS broker/FS partner
