My Client is looking to recruit a Property Manager to start with immediate effect attheir Welling office. We are looking for a self-starter who can deliver a first-class service to our landlords. It is essential that applicants are familiar with lettings laws and legislations.

For this roleyou willneed a cool head and be able to deal with unexpected and demanding situations in a professional way. You will also need to present yourself well and be self motivated.

Strong IT and administration skills areessential, along with your own car and references from past property employers.
