To be considered, Mortgage Brokers must be CeMAP qualified or have equivalent financial services qualifications, with at least one years’ experience working within the mortgage market, in a financial institution, mortgage brokers, estate agents, or related industry within the UK.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment

Proven track record of sales

Expertise knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets

Business development skills

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Excellent interpersonal skills

Motivation, drive and determination

A full clean driving licence and be a car owner

Key responsibilities and activities will include:

Developing and maintaining a client base with a view to securing lending business and to cross-sell other financial products throughout 19 estate agency branches

Maximising mortgage sales potential with a proactive approach to business development

Achieving high-level lending targets across various market segments through professional packaged cases in a timely fashion

Developing business relationships with our estate agency tea
