Reporting to the Area Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing and growing your business and teams. As a business we value our people and as such offer award winning training from the start. In order to attract the right lettings agents we can personalise your package to suit, but as a guideline for Lettings Manager roles, you can earn OTES of anything up to £45,000 . Our commission structures are uncapped however so many of our people earn more! To be considered for this Lettings Manager position, you will need a full driving licence and be able to work on Saturday as part of your working week.
