Reporting to the Residential Lettings Manager, the Trainee Lettings Negotiator will become a key member of the business team and will assist in maximising the number of properties available to Let.

We are in search of enthusiastic sales-minded individuals looking to start or further their career in the estate agency industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in residential lettings and to gain experience working for a modern and successful estate agency business.

As a Residential Lettings Negotiator you will:

– Register new tenants search criteria

– Deal with enquiries from existing and/or potential clients, suppliers and colleagues

– Build and maintain strong client relationships

– Ensure that records of communication are updated accurately

– Learn to accurately match tenant requirements to available property stock

– Proactively generate new business through touting and leaflet dropping

– Learn to negotiate between Landlords and tenants

– Generate offer letters

– Learn to identify opportunities to sell other services

– Help to support the property management team

The ideal candidate will have:

– An excellent telephone manner

– The ability to work effectively within a team

– Strong computer skills

– Self-motivation and a positive, friendly attitude

– Determination to deliver an exceptional service

– A full UK driving licence and access to you own car for business purposes
