Have bought or sold property before – either personally or professionally
Either be a property investor themselves – or aspiring to be one
Have Excellent communication skills
Be of a competitive nature (ex sports people etc)
Have a history/track record of sales
Be of high energy and motivated by money!
Be of a mature disposition
Be good with Maths and logical
The ideal candidate could be an ex financial advisor or mortgage broker that was career orientated, energetic and wanted to earn money!
The role itself combines many responsibilities but centres around signing up new clients to our investment service and then building their portfolios through the sale of investment properties. This includes a lot of relationship management as well as being able to source your own clients and providers of property effectively through training and experience each advisor becomes able to grow their own networks of contacts to ensure they have a constant flow of property and a full list of clients ready and able to buy.
The package is £15,000 basic plus commission
OTE would mean earning in excess of £45,000
Commission isn’t capped and is scaled so that the more money the individual brings in for the company the more they earn.
They would need to be available initially to work in our Smallfield offices (address as per my signature).
Initially working days would be Mon – Thurs 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. On Saturdays we hold a property Investment Seminar and it is a big part of the sales guys week so they have Friday as their day off instead.
