Are you currently working in Residential Estate Agency in a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Valuations Manager or Branch Manager capacity

Branch Manager duties:
– Winning new business
– Leading people and motivating your team and ensuring company goals and targets are met.
– Professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes.
– A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.
You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary with uncapped OTE’s plus Car/Allowance

The Programme:
Main Purpose of the role:
Working to meet performance standards and targets for negotiating and agreeing new tenancies whilst delivering exceptional customer service, as outlined by policies and procedures; upholding the company’s brand values and core beliefs at all times as well as demonstrating our core competencies and behaviours.
This role will help you learn and develop skills to become a successful Negotiator in a challenging environment.
Activities & Main Duties:
– Book and conduct viewings to agreed performance standards and targets
– Negotiate offers and agree lets on properties to agreed performance standards and targets
– Adhere to brand values and core beliefs
– Maintain all records relating to the role to a high standard and in line with data protection
– Canvassing activities
Criteria:
Experience/ Knowledge & Qualities:
– No Previous lettings experience required, full training & development will be provided
– Previous experience of working in a targeted sales environment is preferable
– GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
– Good time management and organisational skills
– Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic negotiation and influencing skills
– Good IT skills particularly in the use of databases
