You will have a proven track record of operating at BRANCHMANAGER level and be looking to maximise your earnings.

Key Skills:
Currently running a Branch with at least 2 years residential experience
A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, mortgage appointments, sales and listings.
Able to lead motivate, manage and lead by example.
Good knowledge of the local area
You will be a confident lister and salesperson in addition to running a compliant business with a good understanding of the property industry.
