Senior NegotiatorA successful Estate Agent with offices in Bedfordshire is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Negotiator for their Town Centre office in Luton. As expected of such a role the successful Sales Negotiator will be expected to win new instructions maintain current client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the sales department and office as a whole. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in order to develop strong working relationships with all parties involved as well as accurate administration skills to ensure confirmation of all actions and agreements made. Therefore a high standard of English grammar and good working knowledge of Word & Excel are essential. A professional work ethic good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.
