A position has arisen within an established reputable Estate Agency who are now seeking for a Sales Lister as part of their valued team. The individual must have experience in listing sales properties and ideally understand St Helens / Ormskirk / Wigan markets. Our clients are looking for the individual to possess a natural ability to be friendly and very professional and work within a small team. Target driven and an understanding of sales software will be a requirement of attributes along with a hard work ethic. The right individual will be rewarded by way of basic salary bonus + more.The Role• Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals instructions viewings and sales within various markets.• Canvassing/leafleting to seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors.• Attending networking events.• Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.• Achieve minimum new instruction target for the branch.• Maintain and increase agreed fee levels.• Register potential buyers.• Arrange and attend market appraisals and viewings.• Liaise and negotiate between vendors and buyers• Close deals.• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with vendors and buyers.• Offer a first class level of customer service at all times.To be considered for this role you will need to have a proven track record in Estates Agency and winning instructions and not be afraid to go the extra mile! You will need to possess a full UK driving licence and be expected to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
