Sales Negotiator – Our Client a well regarded local independent Estate Agent are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Northampton.The role of the Sales Negotiator deals all aspects of property sales; dealing with enquiries arranging viewing valuation and mortgage appointments negotiating sales and progressing them through to completion.The ideal candidate will be a well presented dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities.Basic salary will be based on experience with an OTE of £25-£30k.
