My client are a market leading firm of estate agents in Cambridgeshire. They are looking to recruit an experienced mortgage advisor to work on a self employed basis from their Cambridge office.Although this is a self employed role with leads in place from the existing estate agency business you will certainly be kept busy. They require a CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Advisor (or equivalent).Please find a brief overview of the role:As a Mortgage Advisor your role will involve helping people to find and apply for the right mortgage and associated insurances whilst making sure that they are always fully informed about the different kinds of options available and which are the most suitable. Working in their best interests it would be down to the advisor to find them the best mortgage based on their individual situation and finances whilst guiding them through the entire process from the very first meeting.
