Superb opportunity to join one of Berkshire’s leading multi branch independent estate agencies as Land and New Homes Manager.As Land and New Homes Manager you will be joining a very well established Land and New Homes team. Key responsibilities will include:Building relationships with developers/new homes builders.Marketing new homes.Pitching and winning new business and dealing with clients providing the highest level of customer service to ensure client retention and to grow the client base.Identify new homes sales opportunities and the ability to sell the New Homes proposition to developers.Investigate and follow up in-house leads as well as establish new ones whilst building strong relationships internally and externally.The ability to compile and maintain comprehensive market research and work closely with the marketing team to provide outstanding marketing material.Provide market reports for clients/developers.Key requirements for the role:Motivated confident organised able to build rapport at all levels.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A positive attitude and excellent negotiation skills.
